Linda Mitchell -  Science, Research and Innovation Manager 

Linda has a strong background in science research and has received her PhD in Chemistry at the University of Sydney. In 2017 Linda was recognised as a thought leader in her field and the community and was awarded the prestigious Westpac Future Leaders Scholarship.

Linda has had various experiences including working at the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources back in 2014, completing research exchanges at both Nanjing University in China and Durham University in the UK, and undertaking an internship with TSA in 2020, prior to joining the team full time.

From these experiences, Linda’s has developed excellent science and research communication skills for broad and diverse audiences.

Her passion and knowledge for science, and the chemical makeup of materials, will be particularly beneficial for the various research projects at TSA relating to end-of-life tyres.
